This product is amazing, however, I had it charged to the wrong card. I meant to charge it to my business card, and I charged it to my personal card by mistake. I called Amazon to get this fixed and they told me it is impossible to switch the transactions with the card. They told me I have to box this product back up and send it back and repurchase the entire product over again with the other card. A huge inconvenience because my restaurant needed this press in the first place. Again nothing against the product its great! I just wish Amazon could have helped me.

Tonight we did a pre-Thanksgiving trial run. Bought 3 gallons of peanut/soy oil and a 13 lb. turkey. Followed the manual's instructions, 4 minutes per pound (we don't own a meat thermometer), and after 52 minutes cooking time, 10 minutes draining and resting time, and 10 more long minutes of carving time, we dug in. The turkey was tremendous! White meat (my preference) was tender and juicy...delicious! My twin 16-year-old boys each had a turkey leg and they ate like half-starved Vikings, so I guess they were pleased. For Thanksgiving, we've decided: turkey in the fryer, ham from the oven.
